This collaborative structure ensures financial sustainability while guiding GCIB’s mission to strengthen Africa’s economic growth.

Leadership & Governance Structure
GCIB for Africa’s governance structure ensures strategic coherence, high-level leadership, and effective collaboration with public institutions to foster a stable, attractive, and sustainable investment environment.

General Assembly
The General Assembly (GA) is GCIB’s highest governing body, essential to achieving the organization’s mission and vision. It provides a vibrant platform for collaboration between members, governing entities, and the executive office.

Deciding on association dissolution.

Meeting annually, the GA may also convene special sessions when necessary. Each founding partner, partner, full, and associate member designates one delegate, while affiliate members participate as observers or consultants — ensuring a diversity of perspectives.
